CargoSprint Ecosystem Transformation

Leading the product design evolution of a global logistics and payment powerhouse.

Working as a solo designer taught me to be a strategic partner. I collaborated closely with the Research team to integrate user insights into the product and worked hand-in-hand with Engineering to ensure that 100% of my designs were technically viable and high-performing.

During my 7-year tenure at CargoSprint, I served as the Lead Product Designer, being the sole professional responsible for the entire design ecosystem. I spearheaded the transformation of a legacy logistics platform into a modern, high-conversion SaaS suite, managing a vast array of use cases ranging from international freight management to fintech payment gateways."

  • Role: Lead Product Designer (Solo)

  • Timeline: 2019 – Present

  • Core Focus: Fintech (Payments), Logistics SaaS, CMS.

Context & Role

The primary challenge was translating dense, manual, and often chaotic logistics workflows into a unified digital experience. The platform needed to handle high-density data and multiple administrative roles without overwhelming the user or compromising technical feasibility."

Pillar A: High-Volume Payment Engine (Fintech)

  • The Problem: Friction in the payment flow was causing operational delays and user drop-offs.

  • The Action: I redesigned the core transaction architecture, streamlining steps and improving data hierarchy.

  • The Result: A recorded 11.26% increase in monthly transactions during peak season, directly impacting the company’s bottom line.

Pillar B: Unified Design System (Scalability)

  • The Problem: As the only designer, creating individual solutions for every new feature was unsustainable.

  • The Action: I built and maintained a comprehensive Figma Design System. Using my technical understanding of HTML/CSS, I ensured every component was 'Design-to-Code' ready.

  • The Result: Reduced development hand-off time and guaranteed visual and functional consistency across the entire SaaS suite.

Pillar C: Complex Data Management (Logistics & CMS)

  • The Action: I redesigned the internal CMS and administrative modules, transforming complex spreadsheets into intuitive dashboards. This allowed users to manage global cargo movements with significantly fewer errors.

The Challenge: Managing Complexity
